TPF 8: ALL OR NOTHING was held Friday, February 18, 2011, at the Tachi Palace Hotel and Casino in Lemoore, California. The event was streamed live at MMAjunkie.com.

In the main event, UFC veteran David "The Crow" Loiseau won the TPF Middleweight Championship from Leopoldo Serao in a plodding 5-round fight that saw many fans in attendance exiting before its conclusion. After losing the first round to Serao, Loiseau went on to win the next 3 rounds and opened up a cut on Serao's forehead that caused the ringside doctor to call the fight in the fifth and final round.

In the co-main event, Darrell "The Mongoose" Montague completely dominated Ulysses "Useless" Gomez for 5 rounds and won the TPF Flyweight Championship. Montague's first title defense will likely be against Ian "Uncle Creepy" McCall, who won a decision over the consensus number one ranked 125-pound fighter on the planet, Jussier "Formiga" Da Silva.

STRIKEFORCE CHALLENGERS 14: BEERBOHM VS HEALY was held Friday, February 18, 2011, at the Cedar Park Center in Austin, Texas. The main card aired live on Showtime.

In the headlining fight, Pat "Bam Bam" Healy and Lyle "Fancy Pants" Beerbohm engaged in a highly entertaining back-and-forth 15-minute grappling affair. With gas tanks that seemingly had no end, Healy and Beerbohm continually countered each other for the duration of the fight, until the final bell rang and Healy was awarded a close 29-28 unanimous decision. This marked Beerbohm's first loss ever as either an amateur or a professional fighter.

In the co-main event, the once dominant Carlo "Neo" Prater resoundingly announced his return to form with a 38-second chokeout of Bryan Travers. Prater had lost 4 out of his last 5 fights, but effectively renewed his MMA career with a successful Strikeforce debut.

Warrants Issued for Strikeforce's Patrick Cummins and Eric Bradley for Failure to Appear in Court for Sentencing - UPDATED

2/23/11 UPDATE - Patrick Cummins and Eric Bradley appeared in court on Tuesday, February 22, and were sentenced to a minimum of 1 year minus a day in Centre County jail. This sentencing length allows Cummins and Bradley to serve their time in county jail rather than state prison.
