King of the Cage: Reckless Abandon was held Thursday, February 2, 2012, at the San Manuel Indian Bingo and Casino in Highland, California.

In the main event, Frank Baca won the vacant KOTC Flyweight Championship with a 5-round unanimous decision victory over fellow once-beaten Marvin Garcia. King of the Cage does not have a featherweight division, so their flyweight division is actually competed at 135-pounds, which is normally bantamweight.

KOTC Heavyweight Champion Tony "Kryptonite" Lopez put away Rob "The Caveman" Jackson with a headkick halfway through the second round of the co-main event. Lopez has recently found his groove again at heavyweight, winning 5 straight fights, and could be on the verge of a UFC call-up for the first time.
