MMA ATTACK 2 RESULTS: Damian 'Polish Pitbull' Grabowski Submits Former UFC Fighter Eddie Sanchez in Poland - 4/27/12

MMA Attack 2: Grabowski vs Sanchez (MMAA II) was held Friday, April 27, 2012, in Spodek, Katowice, Poland.

In the main event, Bellator heavyweight Damian "The Polish Pitbull" Grabowski submitted Eddie "The Manic Hispanic" Sanchez with a kimura in the second round. Grabowski's only career MMA loss was by unanimous decision to current Bellator Heavyweight Champion Cole Konrad. In what will be a super quick turnaround, Grabowski returns to Bellator this coming Friday night to fight at Bellator 67.

In the co-main event, Lithuanian-born IFBB pro bodybuilder Robert "Hardkorowy Koksu" Burneika scored a submission victory over former Polish pro boxer Marcin "El Testosterone" Najman. Exhausted from chasing Burneika around the cage in the first round, Najman tapped out to strikes thirty-two seconds into the second round.

RING OF COMBAT 40 RESULTS: Marvin Eastman, Ed 'Truck' Gordon and Carlos Brooks Win in Atlantic City, NJ - 4/27/12

Lou Neglia's Ring of Combat presented ROC 40: Eastman vs Zabolotny on Friday, April 27, 2012, at the Tropicana Resort and Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

This event was originally supposed to be headlined by now-former dual ROC champion Tom DeBlass, who had held both the ROC Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight Championships before signing with the UFC.

Former UFC fighter Marvin "The Beastman" Eastman outpointed Russian big man Dmitry Zabolotny to earn a shot at the vacant ROC heavyweight title. Carlos Brooks will contend for the vacant ROC light heavyweight title thanks to a 51-second knockout of Danny "Bad Boy" Babcock in a 205-pound title eliminator.

The star of the night was undefeated light heavyweight prospect Ed "Truck" Gordon. The Matt Serra-Ray Longo product ran over the more-experienced Ryan Contaldi.

The Georgia Athletic and Entertainment Commission (GAEC) has released the following salary figures for UFC 145: Jones vs Evans, held Saturday, April 21, 2012, at the Phillips Arena in Atlanta, GA.

UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Jon Jones was the top earner of the night with his $400,000 payout.
