PAYDAY: UFC 173 Salaries - Complete Payroll and Bonus Payouts for 'Barao vs Dillashaw' on 5/24/14

UFC 173's top earner 'Ruthless' Robbie Lawler
The official UFC 173 salaries have been released by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC). UFC 173: Barao vs Dillashaw was held Memorial Day weekend, Saturday, May 24, 2014, at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, NV.

These salary figures do not include any individual fighter endorsement earnings for this event, nor do they include any undisclosed bonuses, which are commonly paid to fighters in private by Zuffa. Fighters pay out of pocket for training, licensing fees and related expenses. Fighters spend months training for these fights, so they are being paid for the work they have already completed in the gym, as well as their performance on fight night.

Robbie Lawler was the top earner of the night with his $200,000 payout.

The Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC) has released the following salary figures for the UFC's The Ultimate Fighter 18 Finale: Team Rousey vs Team Tate, held Saturday, November 30, 2013, at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas, NV. The main card and part of the preliminary card aired live on FOX Sports 1.

These salary amounts do not include any individual fighter endorsement earnings for this event, nor do they include any undisclosed bonuses which are commonly paid to fighters by Zuffa in private. Fighters pay out of pocket for training, licensing fees and related expenses. Fighters spend months training in preparation for these fights, so they are being paid for their work already completed in the gym, as well as their performance on fight night.

Despite losing his opening prelim fight, Ryan Benoit surprisingly was the top earner of the night with his $108,400 payout. Because his opponent, Josh Sampo, missed weight for their flyweight bout, Benoit was awarded both portions of their 'Fight of the Night' bonus.
