UFC ON FUEL TV 7 BONUSES: $50K Bonus Payouts for Renan Barao and Stanislav Nedkov, $100K for Tom Watson - 2/16/13

The UFC awarded a total of $200,000 in bonus money to 3 fighters for performances at UFC on FUEL TV 7: Barao vs McDonald, held Saturday, February 16, 2013, in London, England. The event was headlined by UFC Interim Bantamweight Champion Renan Barao vs Michael McDonald.

After every UFC event, Zuffa officials pay out bonuses to fighters based on exceptional performances. These bonus payouts are made in addition to the contracted salaries or fighter purses of the honored athletes.

UFC 134 RIO RESULTS: Ten Brazilians, a Bulgarian and a Canadian Win in UFC's Return to Brazil, USA Goes 0-6 - 8/27/11

ULTIMATE FIGHTING CHAMPIONSHIP 134: SILVA VS OKAMI was held Saturday, August 27, 2011, at the HSBC Arena in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.

In the main event, Anderson "The Spider" Silva successfully his UFC Middleweight Championship for a record ninth time with a second-round TKO victory over Yushin "Thunder" Okami. Silva also increased his UFC record for most overall consecutive victories to 14 straight. Silva is unquestionably the greatest pound-for-pound fighter currently on the planet, and perhaps the greatest MMA fighter of all time.

It was rumored that Anderson Silva might defend his title next on the UFC's network television debut, UFC on Fox 1, in a rematch against Strikeforce Light Heavyweight Champion Dan Henderson. But before UFC 134, UFC President Dana White strongly discredited this rumor.
